  1               tbsp  butter
     1/2           cup  peanut butter, natural -- no sugar added
  1                tsp  vanilla
     1/2           cup  artificial sweetener
     3/4           cup  almonds -- walnuts, pecans, and peanuts (or 3 cups of the nuts of your choice)
  3               cups  coconut flakes
                        Coating:
     1/2           cup  artificial sweetener
  2        tablespoons  peanut flour, lowfat -- optional
