Muesli Scones

 Muesli Scones

Pair with a mild cheese, egg, or other low-carb protein for a complete (and not too carby) breakfast.

Makes 16 servings

INGREDIENTS
  2               cups  almond flour -- (NOT meal)
     1/2      teaspoon  sea salt
     1/2      teaspoon  baking soda
     1/3           cup  dried cranberries
     1/4           cup  sunflower seeds
     1/4           cup  sesame seeds -- raw
     1/4           cup  pistachio nut -- coarsely chopped
  1              large  egg -- size does matter as dough will not hold together with a small or medium egg
  2        tablespoons  honey -- or agave nectar
