  1               Tbsp  avocado oil
  1                tsp  sesame oil
  1               Tbsp  tamari soy sauce -- fish sauce, or coconut aminos**
     1/2           tsp  cayenne -- optional
  1                cup  red bell pepper -- for skewers
                        optional lime wedges and fresh cilantro to garnish
