     1/4           cup  mayonnaise
     1/2           cup  chives -- chopped
     1/2           cup  red onion -- diced

  12                    tin foil rectangles (11x4")
  2               cups  fresh basil leaf -- washed and dried
  6             ounces  alfalfa sprouts -- tops only
