                         Smoked Salmon Pinwheels

INGREDIENTS:
     3/4         pound  smoked salmon
     1/4           cup  cream cheese
  1         tablespoon  half and half
  1             medium  cucumber -- sliced
  2             medium  tomato -- sliced
                        salt and pepper -- to taste
