Ethiopian Beef Stew - Tried and True!

                      


                           Ethiopian Beef Stew

Spicy and Yummy!

I ate it with cauliflower rice, Husband ate it over real rice and with a pita.


  2        tablespoons  butter
  1                     onion -- 1/2" cubes
  2             cloves  garlic
  2        tablespoons  berbere spice
  1           teaspoon  salt
  1              pound  lean ground beef
     1/2           cup  water
     1/2           cup  tomatoes
