INGREDIENTS:
                        For the custard:

  2                 oz  cream cheese -- softened Coupons
  1                cup  water
  1 1/2           Tbsp  granulated sugar substitute (splenda -- ideal, swerve, etc.)
  1 1/2            tsp  caramel extract
                        For the caramel sauce:
  2               Tbsp  butter -- salted
  2               Tbsp  granulated sugar substitute
     1/4           tsp  caramel extract -- (or to taste)
