INGREDIENTS:
  1              pound  crabs, blue
  1         tablespoon  red bell pepper -- diced
  1         tablespoon  green bell pepper -- diced
  1         tablespoon  fresh parsley -- finely chopped
  1         tablespoon  mayonnaise
  2                     eggs
  1         tablespoon  baking powder
  1         tablespoon  Worcestershire sauce
  1 1/2      teaspoons  old Bay Seafood seasoning
  2        tablespoons  canola oil
                        Mustard Sauce -- recipe follows
     1/4           cup  mayonnaise
     1/4           cup  dijon mustard
     1/4      teaspoon  fresh lemon juice
