Hearty Kale Salad

  6               cups  kale -- tough stems removed, finely choppd
  2                     eggs, hard-boiled -- coarsely chopped
  2             slices  bacon -- chopped
  2        tablespoons  extra-virgin olive oil
     1/2           cup  chopped onion
  1 1/2           cups  button mushroom -- chopped
  2        tablespoons  red wine vinegar
  2          teaspoons  brown mustard
     1/4      teaspoon  freshly ground pepper
     1/8      teaspoon  salt
